Kicking off Monday, May 14th - for 30 days you will commit to doing some ‘soul work’ (aka: personal development, self improvement, personal growth, etc.). There are so many ways to do this – meditation, journaling, reading then reflecting, breathing exercises. All you’ll need to do is COMMIT to spending at least 15 mins a day doing something. It may take a week to figure out your favorite way or what works best for you, but that's the beauty of it! You'll learn things you never knew, you never knew (queue Pocahontas song - sorry, I had to!).
If you have no idea where to start, then this is definitely the exact workshop for you! Before we kick-off on May 14th I will hold a LIVE Q&A to give suggestions, answer any questions and help anyone individually make a plan for their first 5 days.
Journaling is one thing that has been a GAME CHANGER in my life so I am going to strongly recommend it. To make it easy as possible for you, I will provide you with 30 journaling prompts so you always have something to help you. I will also share my personal 'tool box' of all of the resources I use for meditating, books, audio visualizations, oracle cards, etc. that have brought me great success in this area of my life.
I will ask that you check in each day with what you did, if you had any breakthroughs, if you are struggling or just how you're feeling. I will be there each day to guide you to those Aha! moments (b/c I guarantee you will have them), celebrate them with you and support you when it feels hard.
I will also share each day what I personally do for my soul work and what comes up for me. And let me tell you, something comes up for me pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAY! So you will essentially be getting 30 real life lessons that may end up be groundbreaking for you :)
